Our healthcare system is becoming increasingly expensive, without any improvement in care, prevention, or health. On the contrary, services are being cut at every level. Entire professional groups are being excluded from the list of covered services.
A shortage of doctors, bureaucracy, rising premiums, and perverse incentives all show that further piecemeal reforms and additional regulation are not enough.
