On October 13, MWGFD member Dr. Beate Pfeil appeared as an expert in the German Bundestag at the hearing on the IGV bill. In her first speech, she explained - at the request of Dr. Baum - to what extent the WHO can interfere with the sovereignty of its member states due to structural weaknesses in the new International Health Regulations (IHR) (56:40-01:03). WHO - REJECTION OF THE IHR:
On Saturday, July 19, 2025, the following countries/states rejected the WHO International Health Regulations:The two candidates in the WHO withdrawal process USA and Argentina, Italy and Israel, in Austria there was a partial success, Switzerland turned out to be a sham democracy. Slovakia has also announced its opposition. However, Slovakia, as well as the Netherlands, New Zealand and Iran, have a longer objection period until 19.03.2026, as these countries have not agreed to the 2022 deadline shortening The German government supports WHO-IGV changes. From its inception to the end of 2023, the Foundation recorded total donations of 82 783 930 US dollars, of which 39 757 326 US dollars (48%) were reported as anonymous donations over 100 000 US dollars. The proportion of anonymous donations over USD 100,000 increased compared to the previous year, alongside named donations from charitable foundations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, social media companies, medical technology companies, banking/finance companies and pharmaceutical companies. The largest share was earmarked for the "Operational Support of the WHO Foundation". WHOF was rated a "B" for transparency in the first reporting period and fell to a "D" (less than 50% of donations by value disclosed) in calendar years 2022 and 2023.

The WHO is trying to push through a reform that means maximum power over the population of the member states
.If there is a risk of a pandemic, it can impose a binding (previously voluntary) obligation on states to enforce the WHO's measures. Sweden's proof that the WHO's measures were wrong is then much more difficult to argue under international law. Fake news - even if it turns out to be true afterwards! - should be banned by national governments. Our information channels would then be banned.
The government can always hide behind the decisions of the WHO after the treaty has been signed, as this is how the WHO ordered the measures. Monkeypox would therefore have long since led to compulsory vaccination and quarantine again.
This is a disempowerment of democracy and the constitutional law of our free and democratic basic order. It is about the loss of control of health measures and the prevention of learning from the mistakes of swine flu and the corona measures.
Health Minister Lauterbach and Chancellor Scholz have pledged maximum support for the WHO.
Germany is the largest donor. What happens to these sums? They go to Pfizer-Biontech.
This will be even easier in future. Despite the disaster, all vaccines are to be switched to mRNA technology. What is at stake now is EVERYTHING that democratic states have built up in terms of freedom of expression and self-determination of the people.
