Dr. med. Ronald Weikl, who is also a member of our group of experts, will be sentenced on May 2, 2022 at Passau District Court at 2 p.m.

While his defense and we all expect and hope for an acquittal, the public prosecutor's office is demanding 2.5 years in prison for allegedly issuing false health certificates. It defies all normal logic and proportionality to demand 2.5 years imprisonment and a ban on practicing medicine for mask certificates for people with pre-existing conditions. A doctor who still takes his Hippocratic Oath seriously and weighs things up with and for the patient.

In the following article, Uwe Kranz, former head of the LKA Thuringia, demands an acquittal for Dr. Weikl and not only writes an open letter to the judiciary, administration and media, he also explains which facts have not been taken into account so far.

We very much hope that the judge will ask the comprehensive questions that were not even asked by the defamatory mainstream media and come to a verdict that weighs up the facts both humanely and proportionately.
