Drumbeat at the trial at the BVerwG

20.06.2022 — News

Our interview with trial observer and administrative law expert Frank Großenbach

The conclusion and hope from the proceedings in Leipzig at the Federal Administrative Court:

Frank Großenbach, a lawyer from Frankfurt, observed the trial on site and summarizes that the Senate has determined that the Paul Ehrlich Institute is not fulfilling its obligation to monitor vaccines (in accordance with Section 13 (5) of the Infection Protection Act) for mRNA active substances. This is because the required data from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians is not available to the Paul Ehrlich Institute.

This is a fact and means for all professions with mandatory vaccination:
Everyone can refuse vaccination because vaccine safety is not guaranteed because the data is not checked as required by law.

A working aid entitled "Declaration of contraindication to the health authority / employer" can be found at the lawyers for education, currently eight pages. This declaration is continuously updated.

For download: Letter to the public health department when vaccination is mandatory.
